Wanted to share you my corn bread recipe. You will need an iron skillet. You can get 4 large slices or make them smaller. Double recipe view. Ingredients:
1 cup martha white buttermilk corn meal mix, filled to the top |
1/4 cup canola oil |
1 cup buttermilk |
1 medium size iron skillet |
Directions:
1. Mix together corn meal, oil and buttermilk. 2. Spray bottom of iron skillet with pam and add a little oil. 3. Pour the corn bread mixture in the skillet. 4. Place in 400 degree oven for about 25 minutes or until golden brown. 5. =================================================== 6. For large skillet double the recipe. |
