Healthy corn bread recipie
Ingredients:
3/4 cup cornmeal
1 cup whole wheat flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons unsweetened apple sauce
3/4 cups skim milk
1 egg
1/2 cup water
Directions:
1. Sift together corn meal, flour, baking powder and salt.
2. Add remaining ingredients, mix well with a spoon.
3. Pour into a 9 inch round teflon baking dish.
4. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 25 minutes, or until golden brown
