Healthy corn bread recipie Ingredients:
3/4 cup cornmeal |
1 cup whole wheat flour |
4 teaspoons baking powder |
3/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 cup honey |
2 tablespoons unsweetened apple sauce |
3/4 cups skim milk |
1 egg |
1/2 cup water |
Directions:
1. Sift together corn meal, flour, baking powder and salt. 2. Add remaining ingredients, mix well with a spoon. 3. Pour into a 9 inch round teflon baking dish. 4. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 25 minutes, or until golden brown |
