Corn & Bell Pepper Chicken Bake

Ingredients:
1 cup hot water
6 nlea serving or one package stove top cornbread stuffing
1 cup cream of chicken soup
6 breast, bone ad skin removed boneless chicken breasts, halved
5 cup or one package frozen corn, thawed, drained
5 servings or one package frozen stir-fry vegetables (peppers and onions), thawed
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 F. Add hot water to stuffing mix. Stir until moist and set aside.
2. Place chicken in 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Cover with stir-fry vegetables. Mix in soup and corn. Spoon evenly over chicken and vegetables. Top with stuffing.
3. Bake for 30 minutes.
