VERY easy to make; also easy to double, freeze, & save for later. Ingredients:
1 lb lean hamburger |
1 can kidney bean, drained |
1 can canned corn niblet, drained--do not substitute |
1 cup grated cheese |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325. 2. Brown& drain hamburger. 3. Add beans and corn; mix well. 4. Season to taste w/salt& pepper. 5. Place mixture in a 9x9 dish and cover w/grated cheese. 6. Heat in oven for 30 minutes or until warm. |
