If you like Southern cooking...try this recipe on for size. It is excellent! Ingredients:
4 eggs, beaten |
17 ounces creamed corn |
salt, to taste |
1 cup breadcrumbs |
1 sausage, cooked, drained |
1/2 cup cracker crumb |
1 cup cheese, shredded |
pepper, to taste |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except cracker crumbs, mix well. 2. Spoon into greased 10x6-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs. 3. Bake 350 degrees for 50 minutes. |
