This is so simple and good! Ingredients:
3 cups corn |
1 red pepper, diced |
3 cups milk |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
Directions:
1. Saute red pepper in olive oil about 5min. Then place everything in a food processor and mix until well blended. 2. Add everything to the stock pot and cook until heated through. |
