2 cups frozen corn, thawed or 2 cups canned corn, drained |
1 cup red cabbage, sliced |
2 tablespoons fresh parsley leaves, chopped |
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar |
2 teaspoons olive oil |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
