Found this in a local newspaper. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter |
1 red pepper, diced |
1 garlic clove, chopped |
1 cup corn kernel |
1 cup baby lima beans |
1 small tomato, chopped |
Directions:
1. Saute pepper and garlic in butter. 2. Add the remaining ingredients, cover and simmer 7-10 minutes. |
