A very simple dish for a beginner cook. Ingredients:
4 cups frozen peas |
2 cups frozen corn |
4 tablespoons butter |
salt |
pepper |
water, as required |
Directions:
1. Put the first five ingredients in a pan. 2. Add water to barely cover these veggies. 3. Bring to a boil. 4. Cover and cook on medium flame for 15 minutes. 5. Serve warm with rotis(Indian flatbreads). 6. Enjoy! |
