This recipe is from Green Hills Garden Club Cooks...Favorite Recipes from Vicksburg, MS (Jeanette Abraham). This dip recipe is a great dip for parties. It sure beats that French Onion dip. Enjoy! Ingredients:
12 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded |
1/2 cup sour cream |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1/4 cup green onion, chopped |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
12 ounces mexicorn |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together. 2. Chill overnight. 3. Mixture will be doubled in volume. 4. Serve with crackers or fresh veggies. |
