This appetizer is sooo good, I can eat this alone!
Ingredients:
1 can corn nibblets ( i really love green giant the best!)
grated cheese
butter
Directions:
1. Over low heat, melt butter (I prefer to use a stainless pan on this rather than a non-stick pan. For some reason it tastes better)
2. Add the corn nibblets.
3. Just cook over low heat, until you see the corn somewhat a little toasted.
4. Place on serving plate and top with lots of grated cheese.
5. *This is best served in sizzling plates, so the cheese will melt and cook too.
