Ingredients:
1/4 cup(s) balsamic vinegar |
2 tablespoon(s) vegetable oil |
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
1/2 teaspoon(s) white sugar |
1/2 teaspoon(s) ground black pepper |
1/2 teaspoon(s) ground cumin |
1/2 teaspoon(s) chili powder |
3 tablespoon(s) fresh cilantro chopped |
1- 15 oz can(s) black beans rinsed and drained |
8 3/4 can(s) sweet corn drained |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, mix together balsamic vinegar, oil, salt, sugar, black pepper, cumin, and chili powder. In a medium bowl, stir together black beans and corn. Toss with vinegar and oil dressing and garnish with cilantro. Cover and refrigerate overnight. |
