These look really easy and fast to make. Ingredients:
1 egg |
2 cups flour |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 tablespoon baking powder |
1 cup creamed corn |
1 cup grated cheese |
2 slices bacon, cooked and chopped (2 rashers bacon) |
Directions:
1. Make egg up to 3/4 cup with water. 2. Add remaining ingredients and mix until just combined. 3. Spoon into prepared muffin pans and bake at 200 C for 15-20 minutes. |
