They are pretty simple and sound tasty. Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) can corn |
2 slices bacon |
1/2 cup self-rising flour |
60 ml milk |
oil (for frying) |
Directions:
1. Strain the corn. Dice the rashers of bacon and fry gently for a few minutes. Remove bacon from the pan. 2. Make a batter with the flour and milk. Stir in the corn and bacon. 3. Heat some oil in the frying pan and fry tablespoons of the mixture, turning once, until golden brown on both sides, about 5 minutes. |
