I followed Alton Brown's example for his breakfast from the episode Live and Let Diet but modified to my liking.
Ingredients:
4 ounces pomegranate juice
2 ounces orange juice
2 ounces bananas
4 ounces strawberries
1 ounce blueberries
3 ounces blackberries
Directions:
1. Chop bananas into small pieces, easier to blend.
2. Freeze bananas, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries.
3. Pour orange juice and pomegranate juice, along with frozen fruit, into blender carafe the night before blending.
4. Blend for 2 minutes, or until smooth.
