I got this recipe from a package of Hannaford pork chops. My boyfriend loves it! We've made this a few times, and it is always delicious. We just cook it on the George Foreman grill, but you can cook it on the stove, too. Ingredients:
4 boneless pork chops, 1-inch thick |
2 garlic cloves, crushed |
1 tablespoon coriander seed, crushed |
1 tablespoon ground black pepper |
1 tablespoon brown sugar |
3 tablespoons soy sauce |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except pork chops. 2. Place chops in a shallow dish and pour marinade over. Let marinate 30 minute. 3. Prepare med-hot coals in grill bed. Remove pork from marinade, discarding marinade and grill chops for 7-8 mins, turning once - or broil chops 3-4 inches from heat sourcg, 7-8 min, turning once. |
