Coriander-Coated Sturgeon Fillets

I have done several fish types in this easy to put together recipe.
Ingredients:
4 sturgeon fillets (6-8 oz)
4 tablespoons ground coriander
salt and pepper
2 tablespoons oil
Directions:
1. Season sturgeon filets with coriander, salt and pepper.
2. Heat oil in sauté pan and cook sturgeon until browned on both sides and done, 5 to 8 minutes.
