I have done several fish types in this easy to put together recipe. Ingredients:
4 sturgeon fillets (6-8 oz) |
4 tablespoons ground coriander |
salt and pepper |
2 tablespoons oil |
Directions:
1. Season sturgeon filets with coriander, salt and pepper. 2. Heat oil in sauté pan and cook sturgeon until browned on both sides and done, 5 to 8 minutes. |
