Coriander and Mint Chutney |

refreshingly tasty, spicy green chutney Ingredients:
250 g yoghurt |
150 g coriander leaves (including some of the sprigs) |
50 g mint leaves |
1/2 lime, juice of |
1/2 teaspoon sugar |
4 garlic cloves |
salt |
green chili |
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredents except yoghurt in blender. Add green chillies and salt as per taste. 2. Place yoghurt in bowl, add blended ingredients. Mix well. 3. Check for salt and chillies. (add more if needed). |
