low sodium bagels
Ingredients:
2 cups warm water
2 (1/4 ounce) packages active dry yeast
3 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon potassium chloride
3 cups flour
2 cups whole wheat flour
Directions:
1. mix water sugar salt and yeast. add flour slowly while mixing until a ball is formed, allow to rise for 20 minute knead and form into rings. allow to rise for 20 more minutes. add toppings. bake on greased cookie sheet 20 minutes.
