Ground turkey breast and oatmeal make this a lowfat high fiber alternative to regular meat loaf. The tomato sauce helps add flavor and keep the meat moist. It can be substituted with catsup. Ingredients:
20 ounces ground turkey breast |
2/3 cup rolled oats (regular or quick) |
4 ounces canned tomato sauce |
1 1/4 ounces onion soup mix |
1 egg |
1/4 cup milk |
2 teaspoons salt |
1 teaspoon pepper |
1/4 cup catsup |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 2. Mix all ingredients together besides catsup. 3. Place in greased loaf pan. 4. Bake for 45 minutes. |
