1 avocado, pitted and peeled |
1/4 cup nonfat yogurt |
1 garlic clove |
1/4 cup water |
2 teaspoons lime juice |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender. 2. Blend until smooth. |
