Lunch on the run. A great recipe when looking for ways to use up some leftover ingredients. This recipe is from Noelle Myers. My mom has tried this soup and liked it alot. She said said she would make it again. I haven't tried this recipe, but I'm posting it for safe keeping. Ingredients:
20 ounces condensed cream of potato soup, undiluted (2 - 10-3/4oz cans) |
14 1/2 ounces chicken broth |
1 cup shredded swiss cheese (4oz) |
1 cup diced cooked ham |
1 cup milk |
5 ounces white chicken meat, drained |
2 teaspoons dijon mustard |
Directions:
1. In a 2-quart microwave-safe dish, combine all ingredients. Cover and microwave on high for 5-8 minutes or until heated through, stirring twice. 2. Enjoy! |
