~These are kind of nice~ Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter,softened |
1 (3oz) package cream cheese |
3/4 cup flour |
1/4 cup cocoa |
1/3 cup sugar |
2 squares unsweetened chocolate |
2 tablespoons butter |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 farm fresh egg |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 tablespoon grand marnier(or),cointreau(or)cherry liqueur |
Directions:
1. In bowl,combine 1/2 cup butter,cream cheese,and 1/3 cup sugar,beating till fluffy. 2. Stir together flour and cocoa,add to creamed mixture. 3. Chill. 4. Divide mixture into 24 balls,press each ball onto bottom and sides of ungreased 1-3/4 muffin pans. 5. In saucepan,melt chocolate and 2 tablespoons of butter. 6. Remove from stove,stir in 1/2 cup sugar,egg,vanilla,and the liqueur of choice. 7. Divide chocolate mixture evenly among muffin cups. 8. Bake in a 325 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until filling is set. 9. Cool a bit,remove carefully. |
