From what I understand this is a Puerto Rican tradition for Christmas, New Year and The 3 Kings tradition in Puerto Rico. I have not made it yet, but plan to this holiday season. I will update once I make this...sounds good to me...anything with rum can't be bad, right? Cooking time is chill time. Ingredients:
1 (13 1/2 ounce) can coconut milk |
1 (13 1/2 ounce) can coconut cream |
1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk |
1 (10 ounce) bottle white rum (recommended bacardi) |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Mix the ingredients in the blender. 2. When well blended put in a large glass decanter, refrigerate and serve cold. |
