1 egg |
1 pint buttermilk |
1 teaspoon seasoning salt |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
2 teaspoons sugar |
1 1/2 cups flour |
1 teaspoon seasoning salt |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper |
1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts |
Directions:
1. Cut chicken into chunks. Place chicken in wet batter for at least 2 hours or overnight. Remove chicken from wet batter and coat with flour mix. 2. Fry chicken at 350 degrees until golden brown. |
