Copycat Huey's Chicken and Pineapple Skewers |

I made this recipe up after determining to make this at home! It was great! I made it with rice pilaf, but you can serve it with fries like they do at the restaurant. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce |
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce |
1 teaspoon liquid smoke |
1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks in pineapple juice (with 1/4 c. juice reserved) |
2 large chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch cubes |
Directions:
1. Mix together all the ingredients in a gallon size zip top bag and seal well. 2. Place in refrigerator and marinate for at least 4 hours to overnight. 3. Place on skewers and grill until the chicken is no longer pink in the middle. 4. Serve and enjoy! |
