Copycat Bull's Eye Original BBQ Sauce |

Tastes like the stuff you buy at the store but a lot cheaper try it and see another TSR treasure with a few of my changes to make it taste like the original. This recipe is from Todd Wilbur's book Even More Top Secret Recipes. Ingredients:
1 cup water |
3/4 cup light corn syrup |
1/2 cup tomato paste |
2/3 cup vinegar |
1/3 cup dark brown sugar |
3 tablespoons molasses |
1 1/4 teaspoons liquid smoke |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon onion powder |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
1/4 teaspoon ground mustard |
1/4 teaspoon paprika |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
Directions:
1. combine all ingredients in medium sauce pan over high heat and whish till smooth. 2. bring to a boil stirring oftenthen reduce heat simmer 30 minutes or till thick. |
