This is a quick and easy side dish. Ingredients:
2 eggs |
2 tbls. cornstarch |
2 tbls. sugar |
salt and pepper to taste |
1/8 tsp. nutmeg |
1 16 oz. can cream style corn |
1/2 cup sour cream |
1/2 cup milk |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 2. Beat eggs until foamy 3. Beat in remaining ingredients 4. Pour into 8 inch square cooking sprayed baking dish 5. Bake for 35 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean |
