Ingredients:
2 lbs carrots, sliced |
1 green pepper, sliced thin |
1 medium onion, sliced thin |
1 can tomato soup |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
3/4 cup sugar |
salt |
1/2 cup oil |
1 tablespoon dry mustard |
3/4 cup vinegar |
Directions:
1. Cook carrots till tender; drain. 2. Add onion and green pepper. 3. Bring remaining ingredients to a boil. 4. Pour over carrots. 5. Chill overnight. |
