She was a showgirl..... I've adapted this recipe from one of my cocktail books Ingredients:
80 ml gin |
80 ml bacardi white rum |
80 ml vodka |
455 ml champagne |
1 liter pineapple juice |
1/4 fresh pineapple, diced |
3 passion fruit |
1 orange, sliced |
20 mint leaves |
Directions:
1. Pour the gin, white rum, vodka,champagne & pineapple juice into a punch bowl. 2. Add the diced pineapple, sliced orange, passionfruit pulp & mint leaves. 3. Add ice cubes to fill the bowl. 4. Stir gently to combine and. 5. serve. |
