1/2 cup breadcrumbs |
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped |

1 lb bacon, thick cut |

red pepper |
toothpick |
Directions:
1. Mix egg and mustard. 2. Add ground chuck, breadcrumbs and onion. 3. Add seasonings (Generally, a layer of salt, black pepper and. 4. garlic powder is added to each side then a pinch or two of red pepper). 5. Weigh out 5 oz of the mixture and make into a meatball then flatten slightly. 6. Wrap a slice of bacon or two around the meat and. 7. fasten with toothpick. 8. Fry up in pan - a few minutes on each side. 9. Serve up. |
