A friend I work with gave me this recipe yesterday. I haven't tried it yet but she says these are the moistest (is moistest a word ..... ummm anyway) melt in your mouth cookie ever. Don't over bake! Ingredients:
1 package white cake mix |
2 cups cool whip (thawed) |
1 egg |
1 tbsp red or green food colouring |
1 tsp peppermint extract |
powdered sugar |
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
2. Mix all ingredients together.
3. Roll into balls.
4. Roll in powdered sugar and bake for 10 - 12 minutes
