If you are short on time you don't have to freeze it. It is a little soft but still works. If you have the time homemade crust is better Ingredients:
2 (6 ounce) containers strawberry nonfat yogurt |
2 cups thawed cool whip free |
1 ready-to-use reduced-fat graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz) |
Directions:
1. SPOON yogurt into medium bowl. Add whipped topping; stir gently with wire whisk until well blended. 2. SPOON into crust. 3. FREEZE 2 hours or until pie is firm enough to hold its shape when cut into slices to serve. Store leftover pie in refrigerator 4. You can slice some strawberries on top if you want. |
