This is an easy two-ingredient dip which I love to enjoy on apples and strawberries especially, although I would imagine it would be delicious on any fruit. I use Cool Whip Free and Dannon Light n' Fit yogurt to keep calories low (which in this case does not require forfeiting any of the taste!). Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) container cool whip |
1 (6 ounce) container fruit yogurt (i like strawberry best) |
Directions:
1. In a medium-sized bowl, stir together Cool Whip and yogurt. 2. Serve whip with pineapple chunks, strawberries, banana slices, apple slices, or your favorite fruits. |
