This is so refreshing and delicious on a summer day!! Ingredients:
1 cup plain nonfat yogurt |
1/4 cup sugar |
1 tablespoon orange peel (grated) |
1/4 cup orange juice |
2 cups cool whip, thawed |
Directions:
1. MIX yogurt, sugar, orange peel and juice in medium bowl until blended. 2. Gently stir in whipped topping; cover. 3. REFRIGERATE several hours or until chilled. 4. SERVE with strawberries and other cut-up fresh fruit for dipping. |
