Tasty Weetabix Porridge with yogurt, fruit and nuts. Ingredients:
2 weetabix |
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt |
1/3 cup pear, chopped |
3 tablespoons cashews |
Directions:
1. Place Weetabix in a bowl. 2. Pour yogurt over biscuits. 3. Crush Weetabix with spoon and mix with yogurt. 4. Stir in chopped pear and cashews. 5. You can modify the type of nuts, fruit and flavor to suit your taste. I like to add ground flax for omega-3 and extra fiber. |
