Ride a wave of approval when you serve this freshing berry-flavored beverage. Kids will love its pastel blue color and sea-foamy consistency...and with just three simple ingredients, it's a breeze to whip up in the blender. Ingredients:
4 cups cold milk |
2 (3 ounce) packages berry blue gelatin mix |
1 quart vanilla ice cream |
Directions:
1. In a blender, combine 2 cups of milk, one package of gelatin and 2 cups of ice cream. Cover and process for 30 seconds or until smooth. Repeat. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
