This 4 ingredient pie is just what you need on a hot summer day! Easy, light and delicious. Try it with sugar-free and reduced fat ingredients to make it even healthier! Based on a recipe from Quick Cooking magazine. Ingredients:
1 (3 ounce) package watermelon gelatin |
1/4 cup boiling water |
1 (12 ounce) package cool whip, thawed |
2 cups cubed seedless watermelon |
1 graham cracker crust |
Directions:
1. Dissolve Jello in boiling water. 2. Allow to cool to room temp. 3. Whisk in Cool Whip. 4. Fold in watermelon. 5. Spoon into crust. 6. Chill for 2-3 hours or overnight. 7. Yum! |
