Mint adds an invigorating zest to this already refreshing beverage. Ingredients:
2 cups cubed peeled cantaloupe, divided |
2 cups cubed peeled honeydew melon, divided |
1 cup vanilla low-fat frozen yogurt |
1/2 cup water |
6 fresh mint leaves |
Directions:
1. Arrange 1 cup cantaloupe and 1 cup honeydew in a single layer on a baking sheet. Freeze 2 hours. 2. Place frozen cantaloupe, frozen honeydew, remaining 1 cup cantaloupe, 1 cup honeydew, frozen yogurt, water, and mint leaves in a blender, and process until smooth. |
