Ingredients:
2 cups cubed peeled cantaloupe, divided
2 cups cubed peeled honeydew melon, divided
1 cup vanilla low-fat frozen yogurt
1/2 cup water
6 fresh mint leaves
Directions:
1. Arrange 1 cup cantaloupe and 1 cup honeydew in a single layer on a baking sheet. Freeze 2 hours.
2. Place frozen cantaloupe, frozen honeydew, remaining 1 cup cantaloupe, 1 cup honeydew, frozen yogurt, water, and mint leaves in a blender, and process until smooth.
