This is from the Alberta Kidney Foundation and is another recipe for those in renal failure...low in potassium and sodium. Ingredients:
1 (250 g) package fruit flavored marshmallows |
1 cup dried coconut |
1 (398 ml) can fruit cocktail, drained |
2 cups sour cream |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. For a cramy salad, refrigerate an hour before serving. 2. If you like a molded salad, refridgerate overnight. |
