Cool in the sense that it has no heat from hot peppers. Just cool and creamy.
Ingredients:
4 ripe hass avocadoes, halved and pitted
2 teaspoons lime juice
1 roma tomato, seeded and chopped
1/3 cup finely chopped sweet onion
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
Directions:
1. Scoop avocados out of skins and place in a bowl.
2. Sprinkle the avocados with the lime juice and mash with a potato masher or fork to desired smoothness.
3. Add all remaining ingredients and stir very well.
4. Best if allowed to chill for a few hours before serving.
