Cool in the sense that it has no heat from hot peppers. Just cool and creamy. Ingredients:
4 ripe hass avocadoes, halved and pitted |
2 teaspoons lime juice |
1 roma tomato, seeded and chopped |
1/3 cup finely chopped sweet onion |
1/2 cup sour cream |
1/2 teaspoon sugar |
3/4 teaspoon salt |
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro |
Directions:
1. Scoop avocados out of skins and place in a bowl. 2. Sprinkle the avocados with the lime juice and mash with a potato masher or fork to desired smoothness. 3. Add all remaining ingredients and stir very well. 4. Best if allowed to chill for a few hours before serving. |
