Send your kids off to school with this in their lunchbox! A fun way to get food that's good for you! Ingredients:
1 (5 ounce) can chunk canned chicken, breast, drained and flaked (you might try tuna) |
1/4 cup mayonnaise or 1/4 cup salad dressing |
1/4 cup shredded carrot |
2 tablespoons raisins |
2 tablespoons chopped dry roasted peanuts |
salt and pepper |
2 ice cream cones |
lettuce leaf |
Directions:
1. Combine first 5 ingredients. Season to taste. 2. Line cones with lettuce, and spoon in filling. 3. Enjoy! |
