Cool Caribbean Pumpkin Soup

a medley of flavors in this flavorful, tropical antioxident rich soup.
Ingredients:
1 tbs canola oil
1 tbs butter
1 tsp each: cinnamon and cumin
1 med onion chopped
5 cups fat free chicken broth
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
1, 15 oz can pumpkin ( not pie filling )
2 ripe banans sliced
1 cup coconut milk ( not coconut cream )
garnish: mango chutney to taste
Directions:
1. Prep time does not include chill time
2. Saute onion in the oil and butter. till tender.
3. Stir in spices and cook 1 minute.
4. On low heat, stir in broth , peanut butter and pumpkin and stir to dissolve peanut butter.
5. Cool mixture 15 minutes.
6. Put half in a blender with 1 banana and 1/2 cup conut milk.
7. Blend smooth and repeat with other half.
8. Chill one hour or more.
9. Garnish soup with dollops of mango chutney to taste
