I received this recipe from a co-worker. I omitted the nuts & chips and used the Pillsbury confetti cake mix when I made mine; they came out colorful. Ingredients:
1 (18 1/2 ounce) box cake mix (any flavor) |
1/2 cup oil |
2 eggs |
2 tablespoons water |
1/2 cup chopped nuts or 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional) |
Directions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix ingredients and spoon onto cookie sheet.
3. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly brown around edges.
4. Do not over bake.
