Traditional banana bread
Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter, softened
1 2/3 cups banana, mashed
1/4 cup fat-free milk
1/4 cup low-fat sour cream
2 large egg whites
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Combine sugar and butter, add wets.
3. Combine dries.
4. Mix all, pour into greased pan ( 4 mini loaves or one large loaf)
5. Bake 45-70 minutes
