Traditional banana bread Ingredients:
1 cup sugar |
1/4 cup butter, softened |
1 2/3 cups banana, mashed |
1/4 cup fat-free milk |
1/4 cup low-fat sour cream |
2 large egg whites |
2 cups flour |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 2. Combine sugar and butter, add wets. 3. Combine dries. 4. Mix all, pour into greased pan ( 4 mini loaves or one large loaf) 5. Bake 45-70 minutes |
