Low-cal vegetarian lasagna Ingredients:
8 oz spaghetti |
1 cup 1% cottage cheese |
1/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese |
1 egg |
2 egg whites |
1 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese |
6 oz cream cheese |
2 tbsp spring onions |
2/3 cup part-skim ricotta cheese |
4 cloves garlic |
1 tsp mustard |
1/2 tsp salt |
1/2 tsp pepper |
1/2 tsp italian seasoning |
1/2 tsp dried mustard |
Directions:
1. Mix cheeses, eggs, and spices. 2. Layer sauce, noodles and cheese mixture. 3. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. |
