Low-cal vegetarian lasagna
Ingredients:
8 oz spaghetti
1 cup 1% cottage cheese
1/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1 egg
2 egg whites
1 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese
6 oz cream cheese
2 tbsp spring onions
2/3 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
4 cloves garlic
1 tsp mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp italian seasoning
1/2 tsp dried mustard
Directions:
1. Mix cheeses, eggs, and spices.
2. Layer sauce, noodles and cheese mixture.
3. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
