1 tablespoon olive oil |
24 ounces halibut fillets |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
2 plum tomatoes |
1 1/2 cups fat-free, less-sodium chicken broth |
1/2 cup dry white wine |
16 ounce cannellini beans or other white beans, rinsed and drained |
1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary |
