I love cooked eggs. I often over cook them or under cook them. I found this recipe long ago. It might even be Martha's. But it so works. I thought I would share it. Ingredients:
eggs (how many you are having or need) |
water |
pot |
stove, lol |
Directions:
1. Put eggs in a Pan/Pot. 2. Don't overcrowd them. 3. Cover with cold water with at least 1 over top 4. Turn on high heat, until full boil 5. Remove from heat and cover tight 6. Let stand, to your liking 7. 2-3 minutes for soft 8. 15 minutes for hard 9. Pour off water and run cold immediately over them. 10. Enjoy with toast, english muffins or what ever you like. 11. I often serve this with chipped beef 12. Or better yet, I make a medium cream sauce and pour it over my eggs and dip in my toast. 13. Oh season to taste. 14. I often love breakfast for dinner. 15. When I go out I love to go out for breakfast. 16. There are many ways to cook your eggs. This works for me. |
