Oatmeal Chocolate Chip, Craisins and Walnut Cookies Low Cal
Ingredients:
2/3 cup butter
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
2/3 cup applesauce
2/3 cup egg white
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup boiling water
2 cups old fashioned oats
3/4 cup craisins
3/4 cups semisweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup walnuts
Directions:

2. 1. Beat butter or margarine, sugars and vanilla until light and fluffy. Add flour and salt, mix well.
3. 2. Dissolve baking soda in boiling water and add to mixture. Stir in rolled oats, craisins, walnutd and
4. chocolate chips.
5. 3. Drop by teaspoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
6. for 10-12 minutes. Don't over cook. (There are no eggs in this recipe, I didn't forget to type it
7. down).
