Another recipe from 'Cook Yourself Thin' on Lifetime. I can't wait to try all of these guilt free yummy recipes! Who wouldn't love a 169 calorie milkshake. Prep time is thaw time to soften up the ice cream (optional) and cook time is approximate blending time Ingredients:
1 pint low-fat chocolate ice cream, slightly softened |
30 low-calorie chocolate wafers (about 2 packages) |
1/3 cup low-fat milk (1-percent) |
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. In a blender, place the ice cream, chocolate wafers and 1-percent milk. Add the pure vanilla extract and blend until most of the wafers are broken, leaving a few larger chunks. Pour into 4 glasses and enjoy. |
